DESIGNATION: Director of Operations & Narrative Architecture (a.k.a. Chief Cartographer of Chaos)

The Narrative Conjurer: Molly is the human element of QRidian. While the tech provides the framework, she builds the reason to explore, designing the flow and feeling of the experience so people actually look up from their screens.

Molly is the one who finds the magic where everyone else just sees a footpath. She’s the heart of the Institute—constantly thinking about how a group feels when they hit a dead end or find a clue. If you're out there actually feeling like a character in a mystery, that's because Molly spent hours making sure that landscape felt suspicious.

SUBJECT: BERNIE

DESIGNATION: Director of Technical Infrastructure & Logic (a.k.a. Senior Overseer of the Fluttering Void)

The Digital Magician: Bernie builds the technical framework that makes the QRidian platform function in the wild. He is responsible for the digital magic that drives the adventure.

Bernie is the reason the Institute doesn't just crash when it rains. He’s the bridge between a wild idea and something that actually works when you’re standing in a field in Chesterfield. He’s a firm believer in fair play and logic, if Bernie built the puzzle, you can bet there's a solution, but you're going to have to think like a strategist to find it.

SUBJECT: THE THIRD FOUNDER

DESIGNATION: Title unknown. Role disputed. Blamed frequently.

The Scapegoat: No one remembers hiring them, yet they are cited as the primary cause of every app crash, server outage, and "misinterpreted" map. They specialise in moving landmarks when you aren’t looking and ensuring the mobile signal fails before crucial downloads. Whether a ghost in the code or just a convenient excuse for our own incompetence, if something goes wrong, it was definitely them.
